Return&Warranty Instructions
We want you to love your Bsklri gear. If you don’t, you can return your order for a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date. Gear must be unused and in its original packaging.
A few exceptions to our return policy:
- Gear that’s used, washed, altered, or missing its original packaging is non-returnable
- If you have any damage issues with your product during use that aren't caused by human error, please contact the online customer service listed on the after-sales service card first. We will handle it for you as soon as possible. You may also email us at support@furrytailworld.com.
