We want you to love your Bsklri gear. If you don’t, you can return your order for a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date. Gear must be unused and in its original packaging.

A few exceptions to our return policy:

• Gear that’s used, washed, altered, or missing its original packaging is non-returnable
• If you have any damage issues with your product during use that aren't caused by human error, please contact our customer service at support@furrytailworld.com. We'll handle it for you as soon as possible

HOW DO I START A RETURN?

We sent you an after-sales service card along with your product, and you can contact us to handle any after-sales issues according to the instructions on the card
